Cancellation & Refund Policy:
1. Free Cancellation:
- You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure without incurring any cancellation fees. This allows you to adjust your travel plans with flexibility and peace of mind.
2. Visa Fee:
- Please note that the $40 visa fee is nonrefundable, even if you cancel your booking within the free cancellation period.
3. Refunds:
- For cancellations made within the free cancellation period, we will process a full refund of any payments made, minus the nonrefundable Visa fee and Bank charges
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and typically take 5-10 business days to process.
4. Hotel-Specific Cancellation Policy:
- 4-Star and 5-Star Hotels: Cancellation policies for 4-star and 5-star hotels may vary based on their individual policies. We will provide you with the specific cancellation terms applicable to your hotel reservation at the time of booking.
