OMSHA Travel offers excellent value for money.  The owner is extremely flexible and willing to work with travelers to ensure that they obtain the experience they seek.  That said, the suggested tours combine the main sights with cultural experiences that are unique.  My guide and drive were outstanding, guiding me through customs for both Bhutan and India, and booking me up with a driver that was taking me to my onward destination in India for a reasonable price. My trip to Bhutan was absolutely incredible and honestly exceeded all my expectations.

From the very first time I contacted Nawang, everything was so easy. He always replied quickly, understood exactly what I was looking for, and was happy to adapt the itinerary to all my requests. Planning a trip to Bhutan can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but with him everything felt simple and very well organised.

Once I arrived, I really couldn’t have asked for better people to travel with than Lhazin, my guide, and Tashi, my driver. They were both incredibly kind and attentive throughout the whole trip and were always checking that I was comfortable and enjoying everything.

We had to change some plans along the way because of the weather, but it was never a problem. They were very flexible and always came up with a good alternative, so the trip never felt rushed or too fixed.

What I appreciated the most was that it never felt like just a guided tour. Lhazin’s explanations were excellent, but I also loved all the conversations we had about Bhutan, everyday life, culture and so many other things. There were lots of laughs and really nice moments along the way. Tashi was also always calm, friendly and helpful, and made even the long drives enjoyable.

By the end of the trip, they didn’t really feel like just a guide and a driver anymore. They were a big part of what made the whole experience so special.

I would recommend Nawang and his team without hesitation. If I ever come back to Bhutan, I would definitely travel with them again.

We had a great trip through OMSHA travel. Nawang, the owner, was responsive and flexible throughout the entire inquiry and booking process, accommodating many of our changes. He also personally came to greet us in Thimphu.

Our guide and driver, Sonam and Ugyen, took good care of us throughout our trip; they were always courteous and accommodating. The hotels chosen were of good quality as well.

I had an amazing time in Bhutan with my tour guide, Kinley, and my driver, Ugyuen. Kinley was very attentive and did his best to accommodate all the different activities on my itinerary. I especially enjoyed the stories he shared about Bhutanese culture and Buddhism, which made the places we visited even more interesting and meaningful.

A big thank you to Ugyuen for driving safely and efficiently throughout the trip, helping me make the most of each day.

I got to experience yoga in the mountains, see the thongdrel, go white-water rafting, do the Bumdra trek and attend four festivals—all in one trip! It was a wonderful mix of culture, adventure and nature.

A curated tour far beyond our expectation!

Right from the get-go, Nawang made our booking experience so easy and enjoyable by being extremely prompt to reply and creating a very personalised and thorough list of experiences, activities and sight seeing along with a variety of accommodation options as requested.

Our two week tour started with a very warm greeting from the airport from our Guide Sonam T and Namgay.  Our Toyota Prado upgrade was very comfortable and well equipped.

Sonam’s level of hospitality, knowledge and flexibility to our itinerary was so far beyond anything we could have expected. Not only did he show us the beautiful Kingdom of Bhutan, but he taught us so much about daily life, culture and Bhutanese tradition. Our every request throughout the trip was catered for so well and we so appreciated being able to get off the beaten track.

Namgay was an excellent driver. He navigated the steep and winding Bhutanese roads carefully and efficiently. He was always on time and kept the vehicle beautifully clean.

Overall every aspect of the whole experience, from booking, to all of our travels around Bhutan have so exceeded our expectations. I would absolutely not hesitate to book through Omsha Travel. Butan is just not the land of silent mountains and whispering rivers.......it has lots more to it.   The vegetable dye paintings at the monasteries,  the cordial, courteous people,  the adventurous suspension bridge,  to witness it all, Omsha is the perfect travel partner.
Be it the welcome  ritual with which they honoured us at the punctual pickup at the airport, to the  comfortable stays, the  friendly  and knowledgable guide  mr Dorjiand the efficient driver  mr Jimmy, everything was meticulously arranged by mrNawang., who himself is a polite and smiling person, who  drove to meet us nd  gifted lovely, Bhutanese memento for each one of us.
Being a vegetarian, was sceptical about the availability,  but omsha saw to it that i didn't miss my Indian food., that sprang a huge surprise for me
My  agedmother who finds hard to walk, was so well taken care of,  she was led by her hand,and she was thoroughly happy, going around nd enjoying the unpolluted air of Bhutan.
